A little bit about me.

Jennifer Sun, MD practices Family Medicine in the Pomona Valley region. She attended UCLA Medical School and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, where she is an active staff member. Dr. Sun started her private practice in 2005 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

How we work.

When you first come to the practice, we will request your health insurance information to verify eligibility and give you a patient information packet to fill out. If you have prior medical records that are pertinent to your health, please bring a copy of them as well. We can also request information from your previous provider when you sign a medical release waiver.
